Welcome! I'm Kristal, a certified Pilates instructor, founder of Shapelates and follower of Jesus.

I completed my Pilates certification in 2019 and just a few years later launched Shapelates, an online fitness platform that's helped hundreds of women build strength, confidence and consistency through at-home movement. After building a community of over 300,000 women online, I knew I wanted to create a product of my own; one that reflected both my passion for movement and my faith.

That's how 3:16 was born.

As someone who spends hours teaching and practicing Pilates every week, I know how important it is to have products that not only perform well but also make you feel confident every time you step onto the mat. After trying countless grip socks, I wanted to create a pair that combined premium quality, timeless style and all-day comfort.

Inspired by John 3:16, this brand is a reflection of my faith and my belief that even the smallest things can carry purpose. My hope is that these socks do more than support your movement; they remind you to move with confidence, live with purpose and maybe even create meaningful friendships.
